Orders for made-to-order or custom items may require a deposit prior to fabrication. Lead times are estimates and may vary. Full payment is required prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided for custom work are valid for a limited time.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of the work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Cancellations may not be accepted once fabrication has begun.

Installation & Use
Installation services, where offered, are provided based on site conditions. Load capacity and performance depend on proper installation and wall structure. The company is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.
